Managing Director

Gregory Campbell

Gregory Campbell has extensive experience in the areas of warehousing and logistics. He is a 10-year member of the Warehouse Educational Research Council (W.E.R.C.), a leading warehouse education and research forum based in Illinois, USA. His experience and knowledge in the industry began with Lascelles Limited (2002) on the warehouse floors in the capacity of inventory clerk and he was promoted through all department positions to General Manager -Logistics.

Most recently as the Logistics Director –JWN he successfully lead the merger of two major logistics operations; JWN and Lascelles Limited. During his tenure (Lascelles\JWN) he has attained industry KPI’s within “best in class” global standards.

Before his tenure with Lascelles Limited he ran his own business, and was the operations manager for a business with multiple branches island wide.

General Manager

Andre Sterling

Andre Sterling served in the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) for nine years, attaining the rank of Major. During his tenure, he worked across multiple areas, including infantry, training, administration, and information technology. His final assignment was as Aide-de-Camp to the Governor General of Jamaica.

Following his military career, Andre joined the Lascelles de Mercado Group as Assistant Group Loss Prevention Manager, later advancing to Group Loss Prevention Manager. In this role, he oversaw security, risk, and emergency management for 13 companies within the Group. He was subsequently appointed Logistics Manager at J. Wray & Nephew Ltd., before being promoted to Head of Logistics. In that capacity, he led the strategic management of production planning, purchasing, raw material and finished goods inventory, local and export distribution, and raw material quality control.

After Gruppo Campari’s acquisition of J. Wray & Nephew Ltd. in 2012, Andre was named Supply Planning and Customer Service Director and later served as Planning Director. In these roles, he was responsible for planning the supply of all finished products distributed by the company.

Andre holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MSc in Management Information Systems from the University of the West Indies, as well as an MBA from the University of New Orleans.

Nicoya Henlon

Nicoya's years of experience in Warehousing, Distribution and Management have a combined total of over 17 years. Experience in distribution and warehousing began at Edgechem Jamaica Limited, where she worked as an Export/Import Officer for five years, after leaving Edgechem, She became a service station manager for Rubis Service Station.

Not long after she was brought back into the warehousing industry at L.S Duhaney Co as a warehouse supervisor for four years. Being in distribution, she's been able to successfully strategize, plan and deliver exceptional service to customers.
